Gifting Mobility to Shelter Pets

Mobility and comfort shouldn't depend on having an owner. With your help, it won't.

Empowering Shelter Pets

At VetCraft, we believe that mobility and comfort is not a luxury- it's a right. While we create affordable assistive devices like prosthetics, braces, and wheelchairs for pets across the country, we're especially committed to helping animals in shelters- those without a voice, a family, or the financial means to access care.

Your Donation Builds More Than a Device. It Builds a Second Chance.

When you donate to VetCraft's Shelter Mobility Fund, your contribution goes directly to:

  • Designing and building custom devices for shelter pets in need

  • Restoring comfort and mobility to shelter pets recovering from injuries or congenital conditions

  • Making shelter pets more adoptable by helping them move, play, and connect with potential families

  • Saving lives by preventing unnecessary euthanasia due to treatable mobility issues.

Whether you give $5 or $100, any amount helps give a shelter pet the tools to heal, move, and find a forever home.

Most injured or disabled shelter pets go without the devices they need to walk again, heal properly, or simply live without suffering. In many cases, this lack of care drastically reduces their chances of being adopted or even surviving.

You can change that.

See the Difference You Make

In our VetCraft Newsletter, we will regularly share stories of animals your donations have helped- from the three-legged shepherd learning to climb stairs again to the kitten who can finally play with her siblings. To join our Newsletter, enter your email below.

Inspired by Mango

A story of hope and innovation for a special shelter dog

Mango is the first pet that VetCraft ever assisted. She is a small mixed breed dog who was found by an animal shelter malnourished and with what veterinarians described as "severe congenital deformities." Mango had a lot of trouble standing and walking and her quality of life was diminished. VetCraft's founder, Ezekiel Jennette, took it upon himself to create a custom wheelchair to assist Mango, and after some innovation the "Mango Mobile" was born. During her very first session in the custom wheelchair, Mango showed much progress and resilience and she could finally walk on her own. Such as is the case with all shelter pets, VetCraft provided the wheelchair for free.
